Who we are

Become A Cold Caller is run by Cold Calling Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Hire A Cold Caller. We are the data controller for the information you give us on this site.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number
The country you live in and the working hours you can cover
Your cold calling experience, the type of work you want, your expected pay and any industries you list
Your voice recording, or a link to one

Why we collect it

We use this information to decide whether you might suit cold calling roles with the companies we work with, and to contact you about those roles. We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the application form.

Who we share it with

We may share your details and recording with a company when we put you forward for a specific role. We don't sell your data. Your information is stored with our service providers, including Supabase, which hosts our database.

International transfers

Applicants and the companies we work with are based in many countries, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your application while you're in our caller pool. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@becomeacoldcaller.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
